William Neil Burnett

William Neil Burnett, 41, passed away unexpectedly on March 03, 2023.
William was born on June 21, 1981, in Tampa, Florida to William Neil Burnett II and Jacqueline Burnett (Moncrief).
Billy was the owner of Billy Bee's RVs, an automotive and RV detailing service. He was a hard-working, fun-loving, kind man with a great sense of humor. He found humor in the simple things. He was very outgoing and social. Billy absolutely loved to take photos to capture each moment spent with his friends and family, sometimes to the chagrin of those he was trying to photograph. He was upbeat and affectionate. He loved going to Disney. He enjoyed jet skiing and going out to eat to socialize. He was a sweet and kind man who was always helping others, often more than himself.
William is survived by his only daughter, Serena Clark, his parents, Bill and Jacqueline, and brothers, Richard Christopher Burnett and Kyle Matthew Burnett.
Friends and family will be received Monday, March 20, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.at Lanier Funeral and Cremation Services.
A funeral service will follow 4:00 PM.
