Virginia Floraida Bennett, 84, of Lakeland, Florida, passed away on April 08, 2023
Virginia was born on May 01, 1938 in Albequrgee, NM to Harry Cave and Corina Morales.
Virginia was working as a line operator at the Ft. Pierce factory of Tree sweet produce company. Additionally, Virginia was a member of Griffin Baptist Church. She was a great mom who loved her children. She thoroughly enjoyed her grandchildren, weeding in her garden, and tending to her flowers. She loved to watch wrestling and soap operas. She was a strong, independent woman and will be greatly missed.
Virginia is survived by her children, Phillip (Ann) Petty, Leslie Joe Petty, and Deborah Jean (Richard) Corely; siblings, Tommy (Brenda) Cave, Mary Bartos, and Bea (Ronnie) Wilkerson and grandchildren, Corina Petty, Jennifer Gibson, Stephanie Petty, Richard E. Corley Jr., Adam Corely and Amy J. Corely.
