Victor Ray Yon

Victor "Buddy" Yon, 60 of Lakeland passed away July 21, 2021.

Born in Plant City, Florida, he was the son the late Wilmer Yon and Mary Nichols Yon, his mother survives.

Other survivors include his siblings, Terry Krum (Chuck), Mary Ellen Strickland (Macky), Brenda Mulligan (Tom), Donald Yon, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Buddy was an electrician for over 30 years, starting his career when he was only 18. He loved building and flying radio controlled airplanes and fishing. His favorite shows to watch were Law and Order and Andy Griffith.

The family will receive friends from 10-11am, Thursday, July 29, 2021, Lanier Funeral and Cremation Services, 717 Griffin Road, Lakeland, with services to follow at 11am.
