Sheri Constance Dahl

Sheri Constance Dahl, age 70 from Lakeland, passed away from pneumonia on July 13, 2022. She was just 17 days away from her 71st birthday. Originally from Spring Valley, New York, she moved to Lakeland, Florida to be with her parents and sister Jean's family in the early 1980s. Sheri was a retired registered nurse with a BSN in Nursing from Saint Joseph's College of Maine. She worked in the ICU at Nyack Hospital in Nyack, New York and South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, Florida. Near the end of her nursing career, she worked at McIntosh Manor in Thonotosassa, Florida, from which she retired.
Sheri was single, never married and had no children. Her parents, Warren Charles Andrew and Dortha Elizabeth Walton, and siblings Jean Dahl Couch and Joan Dahl Duprey preceded her in death. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews, notably William Couch, John (Dianne) Couch, Michael (Pricilla) Couch, Jeanne Duprey Wagner (Robert Riley, Jr.) and Catherine Duprey Cisco (Dennis).
Sheri loved her family and had a special fondness for animals especially her beloved Tennessee Walker Pepsi, and cat Gemmy. Gardening brought her great joy and she enjoyed travel adventures to Hawaii and Ireland, cross-country trips, the beach, and going to Jimmy Buffet concerts with her sister, Jean. She is loved and missed.

The family will receive friends Saturday July 30 at 11:00 am at Unity in the Grove Church 6230 Lakeland Highlands Road, Lakeland Florida 33813.
