Rozetta F Prisoc

Rozetta F. Prisoc, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on April 8, 2026, in Lakeland, Florida, at the age of 69.

She was born on June 14, 1956, in Anderson, Indiana, to the late William Jones and Wahnita Hyle. Rozetta carried the values of hard work, resilience, and devotion throughout her life, and those who knew her best will remember her as a strong woman whose presence brought steadiness and warmth to the people around her.

On May 18, 1987, Rozetta married the love of her life, Jerry Prisoc, and together they built a life marked by loyalty, shared memories, and enduring commitment. Their marriage stood as a testament to companionship and devotion through the years. She treasured her family deeply and found great joy in the bonds she shared with those closest to her.

Rozetta is survived by her husband, Jerry Prisoc; her children and loved ones, Phillip Prisoc, Bruce Prisoc, Renea Harp, John Reid, and Tommy Skirvin; her brothers, Ronnie Jones and Tom Jones; and a slew of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought immense pride and happiness to her life.

Though her passing leaves a profound emptiness, her memory will remain a source of comfort to all who loved her. The family takes solace in knowing that her influence will continue through the generations she helped shape. Her legacy lives on in the stories shared, the values passed down, and the many lives she touched along the way.

A visitation will take place on Monday, April 13 2026 at 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Lanier Funeral and Cremation Services, 717 Griffin Rd, Lakeland Fl 33805.
