Romari Mellanik Edward (Caesar) Caesar

Romari Mellanik Edward Caesar, age 27, of Lakeland, FL passed away on February 17, 2022.
A native of St. Croix, V.I., he was the only son of Merari Ortez Santiago and Rodney Caesar and grandson of Crucita Santiago and Edgardo Ortiz Sanes.
He has left behind his loving mother, his aunts, Yohana Ortiz Santiago and Ana Maysonet, and uncles, Edgardo Ortiz Santiago Jr and Francisco Cruz. He will be missed by his nieces, Anaika Santos and Anaize Davis, nephew, Jahmoi Ortiz, cousins, Jhazarie, Jhilo, Jhalia and Jhalyrah Samuel, and Dayjha and Jhadah Ovesen.
Romari was a member of the job corps where he learned masonry. He was a certified nursing assistant and an ordained minister. He was always keeping busy. He loved kickboxing, skateboarding, performing magic tricks and, being an "island boy", he absolutely loved the beach life. An aspiring DJ, he loved music, making up songs and writing poetry.
We will miss you and you will always be in our hearts.
