Reba Nell Amee, passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 71 in Lakeland, Florida. Born on December 27, 1953, in Odum, Georgia, to the late William and Ivon Jackson.
Reba's journey through life was marked by her unwavering love for her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Richard Amee, with whom she shared countless cherished moments and adventures. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Brian C. Amee and Laura E. Kiddey, who were the pride and joy of her life. Reba's legacy continues through her five adoring grandchildren, Kinley, Baylee, Adalyn, Richard L., and Boone J. Kiddey, and many nieces and nephews.
Reba was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ivon Jackson, and siblings Lavon Whitaker, Johnny Jackson, JV Jackson, and Roy Gene Jackson. She was survived by her siblings Wayne, Wyman, Norman Jackson, Brenda Wasden, and Maudine Hutton.
Reba's passion for life was evident in her love for karaoke, dancing, and cruising. She was a vibrant member of the American Legion, where she shared her faith-filled spirit and loving nature with all those around her.
As the youngest of ten, family meant everything to her. Her warmth, laughter, and strong spirit leave a lasting legacy. Reba's life was full of love, joy, and faith. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
Visitation will be from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 at Lanier Funeral & Cremation services.
