Survivors include his mother, Alice Mendez, children, Sasha Williams, Alexandra Franqui, Sabrina Franqui and 2 grandchildren. Raphael was a chef, he also enjoyed DJing and golfing.
The family will receive friends Monday, May 10, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Lanier Funeral and Cremation Services, 717 Griffin Road, Lakeland, FL 33805.
