Nancy Lee Kain

Nancy Lee Kain, 79, of Polk City, Florida, passed away on April 30, 2022.
Nancy was born on April 26, 1944, in Baltimore, Maryland to Chares Paul Snyder and Jane Robinson. 
Nancy worked as a registered nurse in the operating room and nursing homes. She worked for the Health Department and volunteered at LVIM in Lakeland. She enjoyed sewing and made her own uniforms as well as her daughter, Sharon's prom dress. She loved working in her garden and camping with Rick in their camper.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings, James Snyder, and MaryAnn Clark.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Richard Lee Kain, and their two children, Sharon Kain and Billy (Amy) Kain, two grandchildren, and two step-grandchildren.
Friends and family will be received for a memorial gathering on Monday, May 8, 2023, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. at Lanier Funeral & Cremation Services, 717 Griffin Rd., Lakeland, Florida 33805.
A memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm.
