Nancy Elizabeth Barlow, age 69, of Lakeland, FL passed away on September 18, 2019. Born in Fort Benning, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Thelma Owens. Survivors include sons, Carl Barlow, Timothy Barlow, grandchildren Randy, Brittany and 5 great grandchildren. She loved to play bingo, animals and Elvis Music. Family will be having private burial at Oak Hill Burial Park. Online condolences may be left for the family at Lanier.care.
