Michael Lee Crafton

Michael Lee Crafton, a cherished father, grandfather, brother, and son, passed away on March 16, 2025, in his hometown of Lakeland, Florida. Born on July 7, 1968, to Hugh and the late Linda Crafton, Michael's vibrant spirit and infectious laughter filled the lives of those around him for 56 joyous years.

Michael's legacy of love is carried on by his devoted father, Hugh Crafton; his loving children, Ciara Crafton (James West), Laney Crafton (Jiovan Torres), and Kacy Leanne Crafton (Jaden Desrosiers); his sister, Candi Wright (Jack); and his adored grandchild, Jensen Lee Potter. Each of them reflects a facet of Michael's funny, creative, and loving nature.

Those who knew Michael will remember him as a man who embraced life with open arms. His ability to find joy in the everyday and to create beauty in the world around him was truly remarkable. Michael's presence was a gift to us all, and though he has left this earthly realm, the memories he created will continue to inspire and comfort his family and friends.
