Luz Palmira Gonzales Otero

Luz Palmira Gonzales Otero, age 72, of Davenport, FL passed away, surrounded by family on May 11, 2022.
A native of Morovis, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Diego Gonzalez and Ana Otero.
She is survived by her loving children, Juan Rosado, Maria A. Rosado Gonzalez (Julio), Johnny Pantoja Gonzalez and Jannette Pantoja Gonzalez. She will be missed by her sixteen grandchildren and twenty nine great grandchildren.
Luz was a member of the Holy Infancy Church in Pennsylvania when her children were young. She remained a devout Catholic who continued to pray. She was self-employed her whole life as a housekeeper and was a very hard worker. She thoroughly enjoyed gardening and planting flowers. She was an excellent cook who loved to feed her family and spend time with them. She was the matriarch of her large, supportive and loving family of whom she was very proud. She was a strong woman who was loving, giving and kind. She was willing to give whatever she could to help others. She was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to be determined.
