A native of Albany, New York, she was the daughter of James and Irene Cramer.
Survivors include her husband Edward Cramer of 41 years, children, Melissa Shumate (Greg), Damien Cramer, Keith Cramer (Heather), Steven Cramer (Erin), Destiny Cramer (Stephen Bhmilre) and 9 grandchildren. Leona had her Associate degree in Paralegal, she loved to read, listen to books, knit and internet painting. Services are being held private.
