Laura Jane Tirone

Laura Jane Tirone, 73 (although she never admitted to being a day over 21), passed away comfortably at home in Lakeland, FL on May 12, 2021.

Laura was born June 15th, 1947 in Jersey City, NJ.

Laura was very artistic and worked in advertising for most of her career. Laura retired as an Accountant/Advertising Manager from Pier One Hotel and Marina in 2004. After retiring Laura relocated to Lakeland, FL to spend her free time on the farm; crocheting, crafting, napping, reading, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren and driving her husband of 53 years, crazy.

Laura is preceded in death by her husband, Peter L. Tirone; her father and mother, Rush and Francis Robbins; 5 brothers and 1 Sister.

Laura leaves behind 5 children, 13 grandchildren and 1 sister: daughters, Rosemarie Buchanan and husband Mike, Toshie Davis, Theresa Irizarry and husband Walter; sons, Peter Tirone Jr., Anthony Tirone and wife Jill; grandchildren, Thomas, Angelina, Anamaria, Amanda, Isabelle, Brielle, Gianna, Vivianne, Jordan, Christian, Austin, Jaeden and Sophie; great grandchild; Aniah-Stahr; sister, Marian Wrczynkski; 9 grand dogs and 5 great-grand dogs.

There will be a private family service for Laura on June 15, 2021 in Lakeland, FL.
