Kevin Higley Obituary
Kevin Higley, age 48, of Lakeland, FL passed away on February 12, 2022.
A native of Batavia, New York, he was the son of Thomas and Rita Higley.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Natalie, and sons, Alex and Brad. He is survived by his sister Tonya Higley, niece, Alaina Tallman and his parents.
Kevin served in active duty for the US Navy.
Kevin was a science teacher at Wigham Elementary school in Wigham, Georgia, Islands High School in Savannah, Georgia and Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York. His specialty was earth science and he became a geologist. Wanting to spend more time with Natalie, he became the traveling project manager of Rainbow Village RV Resort in Largo Florida and later, 49er Village in Plymouth, California. He worked for companies Sun Communities, and Sun Outdoors. Kevin absolutely loved traveling with Natalie in their RV and it was their goal to visit all of the National Parks. He enjoyed boating, being outdoors and spending every possible moment with his wife.
The family will hold services privately.
