He is survived by his adoring family: his grandfather, Aaron Judd; his devoted mother, Dena Judd; his loving siblings, Kayla Brogen, Joshua (Niki) Brogen, Brittany (Cody) Ballance, and his step-sister, Amber. Kevin will also be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, Haylee, Shyla, Brycen, Caleb, Jacob, Ryah, and Leia. His most treasured role, however, was that of a devoted father to his daughter, Brinley Ranae Ballance.

An avid sports enthusiast, Kevin's passion for physical activity was evident to all. He was a dedicated marathon runner, a testament to his discipline and determination. His love for roller skating, football, and basketball was matched only by his commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, visiting the gym daily. Kevin's appreciation for nature shone brightly through his love for the beach, where he found peace and solace in the beauty of sunsets and sunrises.
