John Keith Cowan

John Cowan, age 79, of Lakeland, FL passed away on June 24, 2020.

A native of Albert Lea, Minnesota, he was the son of Curtis and Eileen Cowan.

Survivors include his wife of 29 years Deborah Cowan, children, Christine Marion, Curt Cowan, Tim Cowan, Kelly Parrish, Mark Cowan, siblings Tom Cowan, George Cowan, 7 grand children and 4 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son Ronald Cowan. John was a customer service manager for Schneider Cornelius Manufacturing in Minnesota. He is of Lutheran faith, loved fishing, golfing, playing cards, telling jokes, watching Western channel, was a Vikings and Lightning Hockey fan. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm-6:00pm, Monday, June 29, 2020, with services following at 6:00pm, both will be held at Lanier Funeral and Cremation Services, 717 Griffin Road, Lakeland, Florida 33805
