She was the loving wife of Daniel Marques, and the proud mother of Stephen Daniel Comkowycz (Korinne), Kimberly Comkowycz, Jaime Claire Jackson (Edward), and Rory Victoria Colon (Joseph). Eugenie was also a devoted stepmother to Nathan Alexander Schriber (Amy). She was a doting grandmother to Julianna Jackson, Jalah Jackson, Charlotte Comkowycz-Hall, and step-grandchildren Ashleigh Schriber, Cayleigh Schriber, with another one on the way.
Eugenie had a passion for learning and teaching. She studied history at Southern Connecticut State University, where she earned her master's degree. She spent most of her career as a middle and high school history teacher, leaving a lasting impact on countless students.
