Erin Michelle Murphy

Erin Michelle Murphy, 47, passed away on March 23, 2026. Born on October 16, 1978, Erin will be remembered for her kind heart, compassionate spirit, and the quiet ways she made a difference in the lives of others.

Erin had a deep love for her son, who was the center of her world. She also found joy in caring for her plants and took pride in helping others whenever she could. Her generosity and warmth left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her beloved son, Conner Fredrick Murphy; her parents, Victoria Pfenning and Jack Darkes; and her brother, Micheal Franklin Darkes. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.

Though she is no longer with us, those we love truly never leave us—they live on in our hearts, our memories, and the love they shared.

A visitation will take place on Monday, March 30, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Lanier Funeral and Cremation Services, 717 Griffin Road Lakeland, FL 33805.
