Emma Louise Williams

Emma Louise Williams, 83 of Lakeland passed away April 18, 2019.

Born in Evergreen, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Nora McQuien. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James H. Williams.

Her survivors include children, James Williams, Lowell Williams (Kellie); siblings, Frances Beasley, Eugene McQuien, Peggy Lee, Jerry McQuien, Janice McQuien; 3 grandchildren.

Emma was retired from Publix and spent time tutoring at Winston Elementary, was a den mother, volunteered for Campfire, and generally loved the outdoors.

The family will receive friends from 9-10am, Monday, April 29, 2019, Lanier Funeral Home, Lakeland, with service to follow at 10am.

Final interment will be in Florida National Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest with her husband.
