Eloisa Viera Rosario

Eloisa Viera Rosario, 81, of Lakeland, Florida, passed away on April 22, 2023.
Eloisa was born on December 3, 1941 in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico to Manuel Viera Valentin and Arcadia Rosario.
Eloisa, affectionately known as "Chavito", was a homemaker who loved caring for her children and spending time with her family. She was a devout Pentecostal woman who attended church regularly. She was a kind woman who would help anyone in need. She enjoyed her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved soup and could be found each morning eating her favorite breakfast of coffee and Ritz crackers. Her favorite pastimes were dancing and playing dominoes and her favorite color was pink.
Eloisa was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband, Rosario Quinones, her daughter, Maria Machuca who passed away early this year, her sisters, Lydia and Maria, and her brother, Federico.
Eloisa is survived by her children, Margarita Colon, Antonio Quinones, Rosario Viera, Carmen M. Quinones, and Nilsa Quinones, 15 grandchildren, and her siblings, Genoveva, Ada, Reynaldo, and Felix.
Friends and family will be received Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Lanier Funeral and Cremation Services, 717 Griffin Road Lakeland, FL 33805.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Lanier Funeral and Cremation Services in Lakeland, FL. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland Florida.
