Survivors include his mother, Ella Mae Smith, children, Tiffany Bennefield, Armais Smith, David Smith IV, (Patrieka), LaSheate Rena Smith, David "Smitty" Smith IV, King David Smith, siblings, Beverlye Lewis (Waymond), Reverlye Parrish, Dennis Morgan, Kathy Pace (Bobby), Donzetta Murrell (Curtis), Antonio Smith, Archie Smith, 4 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. David was preceded in death by father, David Smith Jr., sister, Tandy Smith, grandparents, Janie Mae McIntyre, Lizzie Smith and David Smith. David worked as a technician for Davita Dialysis, served in the United States Army. He enjoyed watching sports. Services are being held private.
