Christine Cobb, 91, passed away in Alabama on June 24, 2018.
Born in Lacoochee, Florida, she was the daughter of the late William Madison Carpenter and Emma Mae Hamil Carpenter. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lee Earl Cobb. Christine was also preceded in death by her daughter, Sheila Savage; and siblings, Pauline Critselous and Beatrice Wood.
Christine is survived by her granddaughter, Vanessa Chamblee (Stanley); 2 great-grandchildren, Sumer Chamblee and Adam Chamblee (Danielle); and one great-great grandchild, Noah.
There will be a visitation on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at Lanier Funeral and Cremation Services located at 717 Griffin Road, Lakeland, Florida 33805, with a graveside service to follow at 2:00PM at Oak Hill Burial Park in Lakeland.
