Cecilia Mae Rodriguez-Amezquita passed away peacefully on April 4, 2024, in Lakeland, Florida, at the age of 61. Born on March 15, 1963, in Celina, Ohio, Cecilia was a cherished daughter to her late parents, Juanita and Simon Rodriguez. She brought light and warmth to every life she touched.

Cecilia's legacy is carried on by her devoted husband, Jose Alfredo Amezquita, and their loving children: Alfredo, Ian, Ashley, Alejandro, Jasmine, Mica, Ashley, and Nicole. She was a proud grandmother to fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, who will miss her storytelling and unconditional love. Cecilia was a beloved sister to Lola, Sandra, Clarissa, Linda, Michelle, Tino, Ernie, Simon, John, Robert, Jack, Chris, and Jerry. Her large family was a source of immense pride and joy, and she nurtured each relationship with care and affection.
