Carmen Figueroa VDA. DeChaparro, 80 of Mulberry passed away June 14, 2019.
Born in Santurce, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of the late Demetrio and Juana Figueroa. She was the wife of the late Cerefino Chaparro for 41 years.
Carmen’s survivors include children, Jerry Diaz (Maria), Jose Diaz (Nancy), Maggie Diaz (Lonnie); brother, Ismael Torres (Gloria); 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
Carmen loved to play dominoes and bingo, and loved to dance.
The family will gather with friends from 4-8pm, Tuesday, June 18, 2019, Lanier Funeral Chapel, 717 Griffin Road, Lakeland.
