Barbara Anne Chickonoski

Barbara Anne Chickonoski, age 77, of Lakeland, FL passed away on March 4, 2021.

A native of Detroit, Michigan, she was the daughter of James and Elaine Bourke.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Robert Chickonoski; children, Matt Chickonoski, Jaci Ellis, Chad Chickonoski; siblings, Ginny Barros (Sandy), Susan Frankel, Rhonnie Thrower (David), Amy Gentry (Ronnie), 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Barbara worked at Florida Southern College for 18 years as Dean's Assistant and retired as an IT Specialist. She was a member at St Joseph's Catholic Church. Barbara painted with oil & acrylic, wrote poems and music.

If desired donations may be made to St Jude Children's Hospital.

A Memorial Mass will be at 12:30pm, Saturday June 19, 2021, St Joseph's Catholic Church, Lakeland, with interment to follow in Oak Hill Burial Park.
