Joseph Owens Jr., 70, of Lakeland, FL, passed away on September 6, 2018.
Born in Live Oak, FL, on May 31, 1948, he was the son of the late Carl Owens and Thelma Smith Owens.
Joseph is survived by his two sisters, Nancy Barlow and Julie Proffitt.
