Edward Ray Boyd

Edward Boyd passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family after a tough battle with pancreatic cancer on November 6, 2018. Ed was born in Tampa, FL and built his own business, Boyd’s Air Conditioning and Heating. He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Edith Boyd; brothers, Bobby and Clarence. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Cecilia Boyd; siblings, James, Charles, and Jean; 6 children, Lyn, Shelly, Eddie Jr., Shaun, and Nikki; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family will welcome friends on Saturday, November 10, 2018 for a visitation from 6-7PM with a memorial service beginning at 7PM at Lanier Funeral & Cremation Services, 717 Griffin Road, Lakeland, FL 33805.
