Charles Wayne Harper, age 62, of Bartow, FL passed away on September 28, 2019.

A native of Lakeland, Florida, he was the son of the late Horace and Lilly Mae Harper.

Survivors include his wife Debra Harper, children; Jimmy Robinson (Gail), Sabrina Heddinghaus (Dale), William "Willie" Yates, Richard "Ricky" Yates, Danny Yates, 21 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Charles loved fishing and his 2 dogs. Services are being held private.
